You are bidding on an older Spalding National League baseball, Chub Feeney president that was signed in 1973 by the Houston Astros baseball team including Hall of Fame manager Leo Durocher. This was signed in person and obtained from a former Astros employee during the 1970's-80's. Signed with black pen on the sweet spot by Durocher and includes players on the side panel - Cesar Cedeno, Larry Dierker, Doug Rader, Tommy Helms, Lee May, Ken Forsch, Roger Metzger, Bob Watson, Jim Wynn and Don Wilson (rare autograph he died 2 years later - tough hard-to-find signature on any team ball) plus many other greats from this team. Appraised value $250. Some signatures are slightly light including Durocher - and the ball is in off-white condition in remarkable excellent condition (see picture).
