1973 - Wacky Packages 3rd Series VERY RARE " Spit and Spill " Variations. The 1973 Wacky Package's series 3 was the first series where a mistake was corrected during production. When the series first came out the title “Spit and Spill” had “Spic and Span” written on the top and on the right side of the picture of the box on the sticker. This was removed EARLY on, making the “Spic and Span” variation VERY RARE !!! This auction is for: · 1 - 1973 Wacky Packages Series 3 (tan back) " Spic and Span " Variation of “ Spit and Spill ” sticker. Now I am NOT a professional collector or grader of condition, but as you can see from the pictures this sticker is in near MINT condition. From what I can see the edges and corners are in near MINT shape, and colors are still vivid .
