This 1976 Hostess Baseball Complete Panel Set of 150 cards is a great set for any baseball fan to enjoy. The fifty panels in this set each consist of three cards and all but one are cut on or outside the dotted lines. The one panel that was cut slightly inside the dotted line has card numbers 136, 137 and 138 (Money,Eckersley,Jenkins) and I am including an extra panel of all 3 cards to replace it. I do not know exactly how panel sets are graded, but this one has been kept in the same condition as the cards were on the original boxes. That means t are a few cards with scratches and a few with light stains, but overall I believe this to be a mostly nr-mt panel set. I am not an expert, so please examine the pictures yourself and email me if you need a close up of any single card. Backs of the cards contain statistical and brief biographical information. Many Hall of Fame and star players are included in this set, for all the names please see the pictures provided. Some of the great stars include: Fred Lynn, Joe Morgan, Phil Niekro, Gaylord Perry, Lou Brock, Tony Oliva, Robin Yount, Dave Kingman, Thurman Munson, Bobby Bonds, Steve Garvey, Johnny Bench, Rod Carew (SP), Tom Seaver (SP) Brooks Robinson (SP), Willie Stargell, Jim Palmer (SP), Chris Chambliss (SP), Bert Campaneris (SP) Gary Carter (SP), Ron Cey (SP), Carlton Fisk (SP) Pete Rose (SP), Boog Powell (SP), Rich Gossage (SP), Nolan Ryan (SP), Graig Nettles (SP), Dave Winfield, Mike Schmidt, Tony Perez, Dwight Evens, Hank Aaron, Rollie Fingers, George Foster, Ted Simmons, George Brett, Bert Blyleven, Don Baylor, Willie McCovey, Jim Rice, Dave Concepcion, Dave Parker, Dennis Eckersley, Fergie Jenkins, Reggie Jackson and Carl Yaztremski. Set will be boxed, bubblewraped and sent with panels inside of plastic sheets. I am listing all five (1975, 1976, 1977, 1978 and 1979) of the Hostess sets on ebay today (10-30-07). A discount will be given to anyone who buys all five sets at the Buy it Now Price. Shipping costs can be combined on any of my items, I always try to find the least expensive way to ship items, but do require insurance be purchased for items like this one that I cannot replace.
