This 1979 Hostess Baseball Complete Panel Set of 150 cards is a great set for any baseball fan to enjoy. The fifty panels in this set each consist of three cards and are cut on or outside the dotted lines. I do not know exactly how panel sets are graded, but this one has been kept in the same condition as the cards were on the original boxes. That means t are a few cards with scratches and a few with light stains. Overall, I believe this complete panel set is mostly nr-mt. I am not an expert, so please examine the pictures yourself and email me if you need a close up of any single card. Backs of the cards contain statistical and brief biographical information. Many Hall of Fame and star players are included in this set, for all the names please see the pictures provided. Some of the great stars include: Jim Rice, Steve Garvey, Mike Schmidt, Jim Palmer, Gary Carter, Thurmon Munson, Ron Cey (SP), Greg Luzinski (SP), Dennis Martinez (SP), Darryl Evans (SP), Rod Carew, Gooose Gossage, Dave Parker, Robin Yount, Joe Morgan, Phil Niekro, Dwight Evans, Tom Seaver, George Brett, Steve carlton, Vida Blu (SP), Phil Garner (SP), Mike Fidrych (SP), Al Oliver (SP), Gaylord Perry, Dave Concepcion, Ron Guidry, Don Sutton, Nolan Ryan, Ozzie Smith, Willie Stargell, Bob Bailor, Carlton Fisk, Keith Hernandez, Graig Nettles, Eddie Murray, Jack Clark, Lou Whitaker, Reggie Jackson, Dale Murphy, Dave Winfield, Johnny Bench, Bert Blyleven, Pete Rose, Dennis Eckersley and Dave Kingman. Set will be boxed, bubblewraped and sent with panels inside of plastic sheets. I am listing all five (1975, 1976, 1977, 1978 and 1979) of the Hostess sets on ebay today (10-30-07). A discount will be given to anyone who buys all five sets at the Buy it Now Price. Shipping costs can be combined on any of my items, I always try to find the least expensive way to ship items, but do require insurance be purchased for items like this one that I cannot replace.
