You are viewing a sitting child clown by MANN. Embossed on bottom of porcelain (under crank) "MANN MCMLXXIX" which converts to 1979, and has a sticker that says MANN JAPAN. Measures approx. 6" high, 5" wide. Colors are earthy with bluish pants. Star on right cheek. In very good condition. No cracks or chips. Music sounds good. Song by Tim Buckley called the "Carnival Song; Hi Lily Hi Ho" from 1968. Rotates on winding crank as it sits and plays. Came from an estate sale. Very neat piece of art and unique song.
