This clock is very impressive- well made and heavy. I looks as if it were expensive when new, the brass parts appear to be individually hand made and finished, not just stamped out of a machine into a bin, and the wooden base is very nicely finished in black lacquer. It does work and appears to keep time. It measures approx. 9" square at the base by around 11" tall. It is in very good condition, but it is missing a name plate on the top side of the base (you can see an outline of the plate and two holes w it would have gone).
