Old school Mongoose BMX. Serial # CCO 296031, built in March of 1980. Frame stickers did not make it, but, does have Mongoose stem pad and handle bar pad. Has the original Skyway Tuff Wheel II's. These are the originals, with the steel hub, not the reproductions that come with sealed bearings. Hubs have been overhauled and re packed with fresh bearings and grease. Hubs and cones are in great condition without any pitting. Blue anodized Race INC handlebars attached to a blue anodized pro neck stem. Handlebars have the original Mongoose grips on them which are still in one piece. Blue anodized fluted seat post with replacement saddle. Have the original blue plastic saddle that was on the bike but it is damaged pretty bad and unridable, can be included if wanted. Mongoose 1 piece crank with the original rat trap pedals. Bottom bracket was overhauled as well, repacked with fresh grease and bearings. No pitting or damage to bottom bracket shell or races. Fork is a Tange. Tires are both brand new. They are Kendas that have a comp III style tread on them. Blue anodized Dia-Compe brake and lever with new cable and new blue housing.
