1980 NWT Polar Bear Licence Plate CCMTA is a rare find! This is a 1980 Northwest Territories plate marked CCMTA - which stands for the Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators. These plates are issued by the host Province to the 200 or so delegates that attend the Association's annual meeting each year. The NWT hosted in 1980, 1992 and again in 2004 in Yellowknife. Comes with the original envelope No reserve. Payment, Shipping, and Handling Information: I pack my items carefully so they will arrive in the same condition that they were described.
