This and all other plates that are titled "Jimmy's Garage" are from the collection of world renowned plate collector James K. Fox, author of the license plate collector's bible, License Plates of the United States . I have been commissioned to sell, on consignment, all of the plates in this immense and superb collection. Keep watching for new Jimmy's Garage plate offerings each week, from the United States and all countries of the world. This is a nice IRAQ, 1980 series, blue plates in this style were issued to various departments of the “government”, in this case, the “Ministry of Housing”, a very uncommon type of Iraqi plate, pictured both in the ALPCA archives and RPWO, ex, which complies with all eBay policies. Buyer pays $6.00 for priority shipping and handling within North America. For additional purchases, add 50 cents per plate to the priority rate. S hipping outside North America at actual cost + $1.00 per shipment. FYI I have received numerous inquires from customers regarding the new eBay payment policy.
