This bronze buffalo statue was created by Ron Chapel for the National Wildlife Federation in 1981. It is in very good condition. This has a signature on the bottom side (pictured in the 4th picture). From the research I have done Ron Chapel is a sculpture currently living in California. His works are exhibited in several studios. He has also created large statues for different cities - I believe t is one in Breckenridge, CO. This would be the perfect touch to a home done in a western theme or for that get-away cabin. These originally sold for about $250.00 so this is a GREAT price. This statue is about 6 1/2" tall, the base is about 7 1/2" long and about 4" wide. Thanks for looking.
