This is a 1982 Gabrielle West OOAK Cloth Doll Weihnachts Puppen Heidi #3 signed on her back. She is an artist doll by doll artist Gabrielle West who is from Germany originally. This charming Heidi is 19" tall, has a clean cloth stuffed body, pressed felt face, blonde mohair wig, and hand painted face. Her heidi costume consists of a beautifull hand stitched and embroidered felt vest, cotton costume and a vintage white cotton embroidered hankie for a apron. She comes with her original brochure. Gabrielle designed this doll and all her dolls based on the dolls she used to see in the store windows of her small hometown in Germany during the Christmas season. Each doll is highly limited. The name 'Weihnachts-Puppen" transulates "Christmas Dolls".
