Meet the 1982 Sasha Doll 182 “Pintucks” Limited Edition. She is a Limited Edition made in England and # 1467 of 6000. The back of the box slip sleeve says “1982 brings a new Limited Edition of a special Sasha doll. T are six thousand to cover the world market. Each is marked with its individual number and carries a signed certificate. This Sasha wears a fine white pintucked cotton dress over a lace trimmed petticoat. She has dark green velvety shoes. Her fair hair is real. The eyes are painted brown. Devoted attention to every detail has been given and we hope that this 1982 version of Sasha will give real pleasure!” She has been outside of her shipper box twice... once to be photographed for the store inventory and now to be photographed for sale Inside the box is her certificate, a Sasha catalogue. The slip sleeve is in near mint condition with a little discoloring on the top and label. The inner box is also near mint although the cello is loose at the bottom of the box. The certificate envelope is visible through the box marked 1467. I didremove this doll from the box to check for body caving, hair problemsand stringing. The doll's body is perfect, she has no caving or stains. Her human hair is dry and needs conditioning. Her leg stringing is loose and thus she would have a problem standing by herself.
