Hi, this is a 1983 14" Inspector Gadget doll, his left foot is broke off but its still with the toy, and he has his propeller but not the handles, his coat is a little faded but it still has all the buttons, his neck goes up if you pull it up ( im not sure if theres a button thats supposed to do this) i really dont know much about this figure, he still has his hands which shoot off, all in all he's not in terrible shape, like i said perfect for parts or if you have the means to repair him, if you have any ?s please ask thanks
