We just broke open a SEALED, never touched case of 1983 Topps Baseball, only to discover that these boxes were the VERY RARE Michigan Test packs!!!! These packs are guaranteed to be unsearched (unlike the traditional wax packs from those years). Because they are tamper-proof, these test packs are the very best way to get high grade PSA/BGS rookie cards of Hall of Fame players Tony Gwynn, Wade Boggs and Ryne Sandberg!
