This 1984 Hallmark Victorian Dollhouse ornament is in mint condition and the box is in near mint condition. It is the first in a series of collectible nostalgic houses and shops by Hallmark. The design is in minature scale: 1 inch=1 foot. It even has a dollhouse IN the dollhouse ornament. This hard to find collectible has been priced in the 2006 Hallmark price book at well over $200.00.
