I have owned this Land Rover for six years. It has only been used for moving side screens and covers on a cricket ground. The mileage is showing 51460 miles. A Land Rover mechanic who worked on it believes this is genuine as it still drives nice and tight. I have only covered 450 miles in my six years of ownership. I have always kept it garaged. As you can see from the rust on the doors and bulkhead, it is original. I've tried to photograph all the worst bits to show that whilst it is fully roadworthy, it won't win any concourse awards. The engine runs well, there is a slight oil leak, which I think is the sump gasket, as it only drips for a short while after being run. The gearbox (4 speed) has no issues and all the gears engage. It's just had a new clutch slave cylinder fitted. There is a slight leak from the radiator if the cap is on tight, I just have the cap loose and it doesn't lose anything. A new carb was fitted a couple of years ago and it's also had a new alternator. A new battery was fitted earlier this year. The interior is bog standard, the roof lining is ripped in a couple of places and the sun visors have been removed (they are still present). Underneath is solid, the only welding I have had done was the rear crossmember. It does seem to have had some repair work done to the footwells in the past. The rear part read more
