NOTE; PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION DESCRIPTION BELOW THANK YOU!! *** AUCTION DESCRIPTION: *** For your bidding consideration is a 1984 MIYATA 1000 ONE-THOUSAND GRAND TOURING BIKE BICYCLE IN THEIR BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN BLUE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!. This is a true touring bike, not to be confused with some sort of hybrid. This bike was made in a time frame when touring bikes were peaking and most popular. It seems to have all original components and is in excellent running condition. The decals on the frame on the drive side of the bike are both a bit damaged. They can be had on the internet and easily replaced, I can give you a link if you want at the end of the auction. There are some chips to the paint, but no dents or bends. Please look closely at the photos, as they are a visual guide to this bike. The standover height is 31.25”. Just so you do not have to count, there are 40 spokes in the rear and 36 in the front. I believe this to be the original wheel set. Added rarity is the very desirable SHIMANO XT Stag Head front and rear derailleurs. PLEASE NOTE; This bike will be dissasembled and read more
