Folk artist George Sosnak colorfully detailed this sphere, celebrating the 1984 World Champion Detroit Tigers with all his hand painted craftsmanship. Three of the four panels are illustrated with an individual player: "Jack Morris Winner of Two World Series Games," "Alan Trammell…Most Valuable Player in 1984 World Series," and "Game Five: Kirk Gibson hit a homer in the first inning, and climactic one in the eighth…." This was done near the end of his artistic career. NRMT.
