Listed is a 1985 Chinese 1/20 oz gold coin in a extremely nice 14 karat yellow gold bezel. This coin is made with 24 karat gold and the bezel is made with 14 karat yellow gold set with a small diamond. The bezel is 25 mm (1 inch) tall and is 16 mm (11/16 inch) wide at the widest place. The coin and bezel together weight 4 grams and since a 1/20 Troy oz coin is 1.5 grams these leaves 2.5 grams of 14 karat yellow gold in the bezel. At today's closing price of 1884 (friday 09/02/11) the coin contains 94.2 dollars worth of gold and the bezel coins 88.59 worth of gold. I am asking $299 for this fine item and this is much less that wholesale would be if I were trying to get this together to sell. The coin pictured is the actual coin being offered.
