1986 Playmate Cricket Talking Doll 9250 is an animated talking doll whose eyes and mouth move. Cricket is 25” tall, has rooted blonde hair,moving blue eyes, cloth body and plastic arms/legs. A cassette tape player is built into her cloth body and concealed by a cloth drop-down panel secured with Velcro. The tape player’s color coded buttons are exposed. Cricket requires 4 C batteries for the cassette player and 1 9V battery for eye/mouth movement; batteries not included. Cricket is wearing her original outfit, socks and shoes and also comes with plenty of other “Cricket” outfits/accessories: “Cricket” pink/white stripped garment bag. 2 piece “Am I Fit, or What? Fleece jogging outfit. Pink/white plaid cotton dress with white lace collar and white tights. Purple/white fleece long sleeve shirt with bunny rabbit on front and pair pink long johns. 2 piece green half t-shirt/panties sun suit detailed with bees and flowers Pink fleece night gown “Am I Sleepy, or What?” Pink cable jacket with pink fur trim “Cricket” blue director’s chair (white plastic part is broken in one area but chair still in great shape.) Three 30-minute cassette tapes - sides A and B: Cricket, Time for Health and Exercise and Operating & Caring for Cricket.
