One of the Most Beautiful US Commemorative Coins Made In My Opinion! *** Coin Weighs in at 26.73 Grams and is 90% Silver and 10% Alloy, so This is the Same Silver Content and Weight as a Silver Dollar *** Designer: John Mercanti, with assistance from Matthew Peloso on the reverse Diameter: ± 38.5 millimeters Metal Content:Silver - 90% Copper - 10% Weight: 412.5 grains (26.7 grams) Edge: Reeded Mintmark: see individual varieties Varieties (2): 1986-P - Uncirculated only 1986-S - Proof only Notes: The Statue of Liberty and the processing station at Ellis Island symbolize America's open invitation to immigrants from all over the world.
