This is a 1986 Walter Brockmann lighted building called "The Stonegate House". It is very similar (looks) to Dept56 Snow Village. Walter Brockmann was a company that initially started the lighted building production. Dept56 copied the idea from Walter Brockmann. This is 6 1/2" x 7 x 8. It is in excellent condition. Walter Brockmann houses didn't come with boxes but it will be boxed carefully. Does not come with a light cord. Underneath is says "An Original WB 1979 St. Louis The Stonegate House". Comes from a smoke free environment. Buyer pays $11.00 for shipping/handling with an option of insurance ($2.30 or $3.30 depending on purchased price). II'll accept a money order, cashier check or a personal check. I do NOT accept Paypal. Check my other auctions for other Walter Brockmann items. Will combine on shipping.
