This is one of the most sought after (RARE) and limited pieces from the Alpine Village collection. "Josef Engel" was very well known and highly coveted. The house is named in his honor. The item is in excellent condition, however I do not have the original box. Note that this is the first year (1987) when the piece #59528 was produced. A fantastic opportunity to add this Vintage, Rare & Retired piece to your collection. The Josef Engel Farmhouse is in excellent condition, has no chips, cracks or any damage. Included is the light cord and the light bulb which work - when turned on the home glows.

Because of the limited production and the name "Josef Engel" - it is constantly increasing in value - currently as high as $425.00!!!!! (I've moved to a smaller place and am selling all my Dept. 56 Homes & Pieces... (sad face) ).
