Scott Stamps Comprehensive Plate Number Coil Strips Album This is for a specialty stamp album as stated above. It is in a Scott Specialty Series album. The pages all seem complete up through 1988 and many of them (probably half) have some of the mounts included, but no stamps. Looks like someone had a great collection and then took them out. I received the album this way and it is in good condition. The only thing wrong is the pin holding the pages in the front is missing. I could have put a piece of wire there but since that wouldn't be original, thought it best to leave it like it is. Easy fix. The outer album shows some shelf wear. Due to weight, will be sent media mail unless you wish to pay extra.
