Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to eBay once the shipping label has been printed and you will be notified with an automated email from ebay. You can also view the Tracking Number on ebay as well as get tracking information. All of our packages containing coins are fully insured through our Third Party Coin Dealer policy through Lloyd's of London. Our policy requires us to use a Delivery Confirmation on items up to $199.99 and a Signature Confirmation for items valued at $200.00 or higher. Returns Information 100% customer satisfaction is very important to us. All returns must be initiated within 14 Days of Receipt.
