This is a Royal Mint $1 silver proof coin to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Mutiny of the Bounty. The reverse of the coin features a design by Ronald Hooker depicting HM Armed Vessel Bounty in full sail. The inscription reads HMAV BOUNTY 1789 - 1989. The obverse of the coin features Raphael Makloufs portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth II. The coins is 0.925 silver and weighs 28.28gms This coin is 38.61mm in diameter and issue is limited to 20,000. It also comes in a smart brown and white commemorative case.
