Pristine Mint! Shaquille O'Neal's ONLY FIRST CARD is found in this 1990-91 Big Blue Dream Team 18-card college set. The VERY FIRST card of Shaq by more than a year. The big man still had one more year left with LSU. Printed in very small quantity, and distributed only in the vicinity of the University of Kentucky, the company Big Blue created an NCAA authorized set that highlighted Kentucky Wildcats most feared opponents: Including O'Neal (LSU), Allan Houston (Tennesse U), Calbert Cheaney (Indiana Hoosiers), Rick Fox (UNC Tarheels), Litterial Green (Georgia), Bobby Knight (IN), Dean Smith (UNC), Jamal Mashburn (Kentucky), and eight other Kentucky player cards. Many of these sets, distributed only in UK neighborhoods, were over-stock and were discarded by news vendors (as O'Neal was not yet nationally known). The condition is Mint, with good centering. Arguably the most talent-studded regional college set ever, with the quintessential ONLY first card of the Miami Heat & L.A. Lakers dynamo, three-time MVP, who has surpassed Wilt Chamberlain playoffs scoring mark. Beckett lists the cards at $100. Note: this is the original perforated set which came out in 1990, not the nonperforated cards which came out in 1993. Postage is $3.50 postage, insurance included. Satisfaction Guaranteed. Good luck!
