1991 limited edition collectors plate 1st in a series of fine china. It commemoraates the orgin and development of the Christmas tree tradition. The 1991 German Christmas tree plate captures the elegant simplicity of the first Christmas tree on display over 300 years ago. Handcrafted in ivory Lenox china and trimmed with lustrous 24 karet gold. It measures 10 3/4 round. Each plate in the series includes a 24 karat gold back stamp incorporating written historical information and the Lenox crest.
