Queen Liliuokalani chose to put her trust in the U.S. government to restore her nation instead of ordering a bloodful confrontation. Authorized by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, these Official 1993 Overthrow Dala and Hawaiian Sovereign commemorate the 100th anniversary of the overthrow. Queen Liliuokalani is featured on the Overthrow Dala as the reigning monarch at the time.
