This coin has an unusual marking that appears to be fingerprints. This coin can be submitted to PCGS or NGC for their conservation services to remove the film on top of the coin. All packages are weighed and this information is provided once the package has been delivered. All packages are hand-delivered either on the same day payment is made if the post office is open, otherwise it will be shipped the next USPS business day. All packages are securely taped and any evidence of tampering can be identified before acceptance. If the package has been tampered with in any way, I ask that you take the package to the post office before opening. Have the package weighed and verify the weight that was provided. Then open the package in front of a postal employee. Since all Post Offices have security cameras, this way there is evidence that a package was received in a tampered state. Of course, if two buyers purchase this set, then the coin can be return if unsatisfied. ★★IMPORTANT STANDARD INFORMATION★★ DESCRIPTIONS: Often you will see sellers selling coins that make a claim they are "PERFECT" but are NOT graded and encapsulated by eBay approved grading companies: PCGS, NGC, ANACS, and ICG. Majority of these other "graded" coins are self-graded, self-slabbed, and self-sold by sellers who have no knowledge of grading. 99.9 -100% of these coins would never grade that high by PCGS, NGC, ANACS or ICG. Dealers would never buy these coins and would break these cases because these so-called slabbed coins are useless. The probability is that many of these coins were poorly cleaned and are being resold to unsuspecting public at reputable grading companies values. This is sometimes the case with self-made sets and rolls that are sold on eBay. TERMS SUCH AS "RARE", "DOUBLED DIES", ETC.: There are also sellers who will claim something rare based on lack of information but that isn't always true. One particular issue is the wording of "Doubled Dies" that are not even true Doubled Dies. They're Strike Doubling/Machine Doubling/Shelf Doubling, terms which can be found online with photos. This will help prevent overpaying on misidentified coins .Most of the popular Doubled Dies are found in the Cherrypicker's Guide and the lesser famous are listed in CONECA files which can be found online.
