Up for bid is a commemorative badge commissioned by the Federal Protective Service Police honoring the inauguration of President Clinton as a dual purpose badge it was also to celebrate the Anniversary of the force. This badge was authorized for uniform use for the week of the inauguration and then withdrawn. It is in used condition possibly came out of lucite or off a plaque or some sort and is not hallmarked. This badge is sold as a collectible only. It is full size approx. 3 inch shield with no pin. An outstanding piece for collectors of police or political memorabilia. DC Police authorization letter seen in last photo.
