1997 Reed & Barton Sterling Silver Christmas Cross Ornament and Pendant This beautiful cross is the 27th edition in a limited series of historical cross replicas that started in 1971. This is an approximately 3" by 3" cross inspired by a quatrefoil panel from the All Saints Church in Evesham, England dating back to the 15th century. These panels were common for the enrichment of plain upright surfaces and are commonly called "square roses."The cross is in excellent condition and comes in its original, hard snap box with a protective pouch and a descriptive certificate. You can polish the cross for a shiny finish; any coloration in the photo is from reflections.This cross is part of our personal collection which we are selling because we are now in the down-sizing years and not spending the holidays at home. These crosses have been lovingly placed on our trees for years. Some of the most beautiful were also worn to Christmas parties!
