We ship via UPS or US Postal Service, the choice of carrier is based on the final shipment weight and size. The choice of carriers is at our sole discretion! Insurance is required as show in above chart for USA & Canada shipments. International shipments, including APO/FPO/AE address you must inquire and request insurance, cost will be based on item value and shipping location.
