This is the rare Griffey Rookie buyback card that Upper Deck had Ken Griffey Jr. autograph; they then put a second hologram on the back. The cards were inserted into Upper Deck's 10th anniversary set in 1999. This was originally the #1 card in Upper Deck's first issued set in 1989, bought back from a third party by Upper Deck in 1998. The Upper Deck Hologram is an anti-counterfeiting device.
