19C Antique Heavy French Sterling Silver Napkin RingLouis XV Style Initial L.R !! I am offering for auction this heavy and elegant Antique French Sterling Silver Napkin Ring from the 19th century.This fascinate piece of work is the Louis XV style (Rocaille). It is hand engraved with the fancy letters "RL" or "LR" inside a magnificent floral crest. Beautifully decorated and embossed with magnificent roses all around the crest. This napkin ring has a very feminine and lovely shape. Diameter: 2" inches (5cm) - Width: 1"3/8 inches (3.5 cm) - Weight: 1.561oz (44.25g)!As Hallmark we have the French Minerva no.1 which indicates the best quality of French sterling silver 950/1000, used in Paris since 1838. As master's mark we have French silversmith's diamond shape, which with initial VL and a sugar tongs in the middle, for "Leneuf," 11 rue Saint-Anastase, Paris-3e. Condition: Very Good .
