Up for your bidding pleasure is this absolutely beautiful bowfront Antique Mahogany shaving mirror chest/stand that dates to the late 1800's. Same item listed by me last week but unfortunately I had to relist before auction ended as I had spelled "Antique" incorrectly in the title tfore limiting the number of people seeing it....Sorry for the inconvenience...Good to go now and have fun bidding This early piece of American furniture is in excellent condition with no repairs or refinishing of any kind. A very rare and unique piece to survive 100+ years in this condition. The patina is fantastic with swirled mahogany front. Still has all the original wood knobs and bun feet. This is truly a wonderful survivor from the Victorian era Listed with a ridiclously low starting bid and NO RESERVE because I am a firm believer that quality will command it's true value....and this piece has it all It will look wonderful wver it is displayed. At the top of the mirror are two finials on either side. The shaving mirror stand is able to be dismantled or rotated with 2 brass thumb turns. This stand measures 26" tall, 26.5" long at the base, and 9" wide. The mirror measures 15 1/2" wide x 11.25" high.
