Vigorously painted with two writhing dragons around a central medallion containing a bat and a peach. The base is painted with foliate scrolls, the centre bearing the six character mark of the Emperor Guangxu 1874- 1908 and of the period. T is a firing fault ( in the manufacture ) in the centre which is enamelled over with the central medallion ( see photo ), the gilding on the rim is worn, otherwise in excellent condition. Size: 7.5" / 19cm. in diameter.
