I am not an expert in this area, but believe this is referred to as "flip glass" and/or "Stiegel" type glass. Has a rough pontil....is a coke bottle green. Measures 9 3/8" diameter and about 4 3/4" tall. This does glow solidly under a blacklight if that helps. Does show a thin band of shelf wear to base rim. I am not positive of the age, but believe this is about 120 years old? I am guessing at the age and leave it to the experts to ask questions if more info is needed. I do not believe this dates prior to c1870 nor do I think it is post c1930, but somew in between.
