19C Russian Figural Bear Bottle Kummel w Original Labels A very scarce figural Black Glass KUMMEL bottle imported from Russia in the later part of the 19th Century. I have never seen one of these. The Bottle is Black Glass in the form of a Russian Black Bear, 11 1/4 inches tall amazingly having two original paper labels. It was sold by A. SMIRNOFF, MOSCOW. The Bottle is perfect except for what looks like it may have been bumped at the top rear of the neck. There is an area of glass showing what looks like a hairline from the top but no rough chips in that area. I think it was probably bumped lightly and just didn't break apart. It is not very noticable unless you are inspecting in bright light. The Photos are part of the description. Shipping is $15 by Priority Mail Insured. NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US I have several questions with almost every listing asking me to ship outside the US. This is available to US residents only. I will no longer ship outside the US due to several recent Ebay policies. Ebay now requires sellers to offer Paypal only and ship by Express mail and not charge the buyer for Insurance which can be expensive. I will not accept Paypal from outside the US because of chargeback fraud, double the fees, and Express shipping requirements for tracking. It is too expensive to business that way. Auction Closing: PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF CLOSING ! I may at times make other arrangements, please ask first, Too many bidders are taking weeks to pay. Shipping: I have specified shipping method in the listing. It doesn't mean that is cast in concrete. I do not like using UPS due to my experience rough handling and their automatic denial of claims, at times with oversize there isn't much choice. I prefer using Priority Mail is it is fast and minimal handling. Sometimes Priority does not make economic sense as USPS charges by Dimensional Weight and cross country Priority Shipping can get quite expensive on large but light items. At times I will ship by Express which can be cheaper. I try to specify what I think is in my customers best interest. You are welcome to ask for a different method, but please do that before you use Paypal. I frequently have the Postage Prepaid and the item on the way the same or next business day. I have included a shipping fee in my listing, if you happen to think it is more than you are willing to pay, either factor it in, or don't bid. I will not haggle after the fact as a lot of people try to do. I will lower it in the case of a typographical error on my part. I will combine multiple purchases for shipping to the buyers best advantage . Sales Tax : Any item shipped, delivered, or picked up within New York State is subject to an 8.00% Sales Tax. I will accept a completely and properly filled out exemption certificate form ST-120 dated 6/99. No taxable item will be shipped until the Sales Tax requirements are completed. Returns You are buying at auction, this is not an approval service. I do my best to use good photos and honestly describe what I am selling. In the unlikely event that I miss explaining a major defect the time limit is 3 Days after receipt to notify me, no exceptions. I will not accept returns on anything that has been taken apart or altered by the Buyer. You are NOT authorized to take any item to a shop for repairs.
