This is a pair of 7" cobalt blue jasper dip candlesticks. The columns have Classical figures including Poor Maria, Charlotte at the Tomb of Werther, and the Bourbonnais Shepherd. The bases have the Arabesque design. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is one tiny pinprick (from production) in the white embossed ring below the top border, and one tiny spot of color loss. Diameter of the base is 4-1/4". Note - previous owner had applied felt pads to underside. The dark color visible in second photo is remnant of the adhesive that was used.
This is a fine pair of sticks in a wonderful color to add to your collection. Please email with requests for any additional information or photos.
