Beautiful Childs Candy Tin Lithographed Up for auction today is a beautiful late 19th century childs candy tin by the Finley Acker Co. Philadelphia and Atlantic City. It is labeled the Acker Juvenile Box. On the side edge it also says Savage Mfg. Co. Bkyln NY. This little box measures 1 inch deep, 4 inches long and 2 1/2 in. from front to back. It is in great condition with no dents and minimal paint loss for a tin which is this old. IThe top lid depicts 3 little Dutch boys chasing 2 little girls. The lithograph is in greens, blues, pinks, blaks and white. The same scene is depicted around the 4 sides. The box closes nicely, the hinges are in good condition and even the insides are pretty clean. Please email me with any questions.
