This is 19th c French 800 Sterling Silver carving and serving set. We purchased 3 piece Serving set and then later purchased the 2 piece Carving Set. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to get the same pattern. However after receiving it, we noticed the blade of the carving knife had some marks. We were apprehensive about cleaning it, for fear of damaging the gilt..We are including it with this lovely set, as the chances of finding another exact match would really be a miracle! The set is of extreme beauty & original in design. These beautiful pieces are of elegant shape, and fabulous decorations. The blades, as well as the fork are all finely drawn. A set of beauty and quality, sure to peek the interest of the avid collector! Be sure to check back, as we will be listing more lovely items, to help grace your dining table!
