Fresh from a recent buying trip, for your consideration, comes this fantastic 19th Century old Austrian cold-painted Vienna Bronze cat by "Geschutzt". Good and old in as found original untouched condition. It is so lifelike. In a wonderful stance waiting to be cuddled with. The posture along with all features are so perfectly executed. The eyes, nose and ears are so cute and real. Simply gorgeous. It still retains most of the cold-painted finish and can see white and brown coming though. After close inspection we didn't find any cracks or chips. Overall conditon is excellent other than the as can be expected age wear. Measures a wonderful 2.25" tall by just under 4" long and just over 1.5" wide. Quite dense in weight made of solid bronze. Would make a wonderful addition to your fine collection of decorative bronze pieces or simply be used as a paperweight for your secretary. Good luck and good bidding to you...
