This auction is for ONE plate, an original 19th century porcelain commemorative plate of the writer Ivan Turgenev (Fathers and Sons, Smoke etc.) It is an original signed by the artist. Size: About 8.5 inches (22 cm) diameter. I have three other plates like this in a series but am selling them individually. See my other auctions. My grandmother, a reknown collector of Russian porcelain and objets d'art, purchased this in Moscow in the 20th century (sorry I can't be more specific, but I think it was before the 1960s that she bought it). Good condition, some chipping of gilding around edges, and faint marks (as to be expected with something roughly 150 years old), comes with hanger attached. This one also has some wearing and a couple of small marks on the magenta colored area around the portrait. S Novim Godom. Terms: PayPal only, payment expected within one week. Priority Mail only. Insurance required. I am generous and prompt with good feedback and do not hold it hostage like some sellers. Check my perfect rating. I ship fast but can't guarantee shipment every day. Shipping costs are (estimated) actual shipping plus a small handling fee ($1.50) to defray cost of packaging, gasoline to the p.o. and so forth (and since I sometimes underestimate the weight of the package to my detriment). I combine shipping w feasible. Please see my other auctions for beautiful gifts such as jewelry, scarves, collectors' items, coins, books and baby stuff. New, top quality and great resale bargains too. All items from a non-smoking home and most lived in a pet-free home. Thanks for looking, and Happy Holidays.
