For your consideration is an antique 19th century 2 gallon stoneware crock. It has an ovoid shape with ear-shaped handles. It is unmarked with the exception of "2." It measures 12" H, 9" at widest point, 6" across bottom. It has a gorgeous patina consistent with age and use. T are some old nicks/chips, no cracks or hairlines, nothing to compromise the integrity of the piece. T is some staining which adds to the charm. These are also consistent with age and use and serve to authenticate the crock. The crock weighs 8 pounds unpacked.
