Description: This lovely floral design was printed on cotton chintz in France in the 19th Century.The design features wide stripes with bouquets of roses and other flowers flanked by narrow bands of horizontal stripes and thin blue stripesthat contain more bouquets of flowers along with loose sprigs.The colors include beautiful tones of pink, rose, cream, blue, teal, gold, brown and cream.The fabric measures 28 inches in width by 23 inches in length. This is a lovely piece that would be great for pillows or other sewing projects. Condition: This is antique fabric. There is some fading/discoloration and stains in parts throughout, as pictured.There are some small holes and areas where the fabric has become brittle, along with some areas that have been patched with stitches.There is also a hem at the bottom and rows of needle holes near the center bottom half of the piece.Please see photos for reference.All fabrics, wallpapers and paintings are sold "as is".Our items are vintage and some are more than 100 years old.
