In my opinion an ANTIQUE FRENCH PAIR of impressive sized, mid 19thc gilt metal / ormolu, hand painted central porcelain "egg" and base section roundel , 18thc Gent and Lady designed, URN GARNITURES !! Fine shape, twin mythical beast shaped side handles, pineapple style finial top, four footed base decorative sectioned: well cast and decorated. I have not seen any maker's markings, but have not taken all the sections apart. Condition is generally excellent /good:. Some age wear but crack and chip free. Height at 16 inches, width is at 5.25 inches, and the depth is at 4.5 inches. Part of my own oriental collection offered; owned from the 1990's. The item is over 6kg unpacked and thus will be VERY expensive to ship internationally ( with International Parcelforce) I will happily ship to China, but only with the tracked insured air shipping option.
