In my opinion a beautiful 19thc , Georgian hand painted tea cup and saucer, with an fine gold and white design, attractive split handle , deep saucer bowl. This has been attributed to early Ridgway from the design, although is unmarked, pattern number 5/1801 Good general condition: nibble chip to the under saucer rim, rim hairline to the cup, but as with all antique pottery this does have age wear and tear, especially to the gold leaf design in places. Part of my own early pottery collection gathered in the 1990's. Combined postage offered.
