This is a late 19th century Wedgwood jasperware blue and white biscuit barrel with silver plated lid, mount and handle. The biscuit barrel is decorated with classical scenes and the silver plated fittings are in very good condition with just a small "spot" of wear to the inside of the lid and a little larger area to the top of the lid. The handle stays up indicating little use. Overall height to top of lid is 14cms and diameter is 14cms both sizes approx. Under base is impressed Wedgwood in capital letters. Lovely condition for it's age. Ideal gift for the Wedgwood collector. No reserve. Will accept cheque drawn on U.K. bank, Paypal or credit card via the Paypal system. Shipping costs: U.K. £8.90 Med.
