This auction is for TWO antique Chinese Snuff Bottle, circa 18th century. Both are porcelain and blue in color.

The first one (the smaller one) is blue with images of men in various activities - fishing, scholarly pursuits, playing music, etc. It is 2.5 inches tall with a jade top. The writing on the bottom is, I believe, the Yung Cheng mark dating it to 1723 - 1735.

The taller snuff bottle - dark cobalt blue in the shape of an urn or vessel has a coral top and stands about 3 1/8 inches tall.

I do have many other Chinese and Japanese items for sale: vintage, antique and ancient - including many other snuff bottles. I am selling these for an elderly Chinese gentleman who was a renown collector and purveyer of Chinese works for many years in New York City and has recently retired. The pieces are all guaranteed as described (and in some cases w provenance was unclear, we erred on the side of caution.)

PLEASE NOTE: For US Priority Mail, I offer free delivery confirmation. However, t is NO real tracking for USPS Priority Mail. If you require tracking, then the item MUST be sent either via UPS or Express Mail. For International Shipments, Tracking is ONLY available with Express Mail. Additionally,international insurance is usually only available with Express Mail (and sometimes Priority Mail International). The US Post office no longer offers an Economy / Surface mail option.

Please note that Shipping Insurance is optional on most items. However, if you do not opt for insurance, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
